Lonesome Road Studio accepts Paypal, but you can pay with a major credit card through Paypal as well; just follow the instructions on their site as you check out.
Please make Paypal payments within 5 days of ordering; if I haven't heard from you after a couple of days I will send you a friendly reminder, but after 7 days I will have to cancel the order.
State of Illinois residents - I'm sorry but I have to charge 6.25% state sales tax on your orders, gotta keep the IDR happy. Sales tax will be added during the Paypal checkout process.
Shipping

Except where otherwise noted, Lonesome Road Studio original art buckles are made to order; your buckle will be assembled and hand-poured just for you when your order is placed. Please allow 4 to 5 days for your buckle to be completed and ready to ship.
Pure silver jewelry is generally one-of-a-kind. On a rare occasion a piece may be duplicated but this is not usually possible due to the unique nature of each creation. Contact me with any questions at LonesomeRdStudio@aol.com.
I ship all domestic orders via United States Postal Service, First Class, or Priority Mail for some items (unless you request otherwise). I also ship with Delivery Confirmation (within the United States). FedEx shipping is available upon request. After shipping you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number for your convenience.
I do not typically insure packages but if you would like to do so, let me know and I will adjust the shipping price to honor your request and send a revised Paypal invoice.
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, which is the least expensive option but does not provide insurance or tracking. If you would like your international order more quickly or wish to have the insurance or tracking, let me know and I can ship Priority Mail International (but at a much higher cost).
Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, email or contact me on Big Cartel within ten days of receiving your item and I will refund the full purchase price. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in our online shop. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Privacy
Privacy is an important issue for all consumers and I want to assure all of my customers that your privacy is as important to me as it is to you.
When you enter your personal and financial information, your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal. The information is encrypted or scrambled before it's sent so that even if anyone intercepts the information, they will not be able to read or use it.
Lonesome Road Studio does not store your full credit card number; we never even see your information.
None of your personal information will be given to anyone outside of Lonesome Road Studio. I do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise release your personal information (such as your email address) to any other party. Ever. Lonesome Road Studio respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information.
